Business Consultant Initiative |

EMAP is launching the Business Consultant Initiative this summer. The Business Consultant Initiative seeks to provide consultants with the information and tools necessary to apply the
Emergency Management Standard to their assigned projects, including plans, processes, procedures, and systems. This project includes the development, facilitation, and evaluation of a training curriculum geared towards the needs of business consultants.
EMAP will be launching the Business Consultant Initiative Focus Group in August to provide guidance and recommendations on the development and facilitation of the training curriculum. The Business Consultant Initiative Focus Group is soliciting participation from consultants and emergency managers to ensure that the training curriculum meets the needs of both the consultants and the clients.
